insights.

Many adults struggle to adopt and maintain healthier eating habits due to a combination of time constraints, limited nutritional knowledge, and the overwhelming amount of information available online. With no clear guidance or easily digestible content, making lasting changes can feel unattainable.
Meals to Heal addresses this gap by providing a streamlined experience: user-friendly tutorials, quick nutritious recipes, and accessible educational content—all designed to fit seamlessly into the busy lives of adults striving to feel better and eat healthier.

This project reinforced that great design is iterative. With every round of feedback and research, the app improved—and so did my understanding of inclusive, meaningful UX. Staying flexible and open to change helped me design with more impact and empathy.
